I’m currently a Senior Customer Support Specialist at GoHighLevel, where I’ve been helping customers succeed since May 2, 2023. I’ve developed deep product knowledge across the platform and built a strong reputation for problem-solving, adaptability, and delivering value to users.
What excites me most about HighLevel is building and creating. My favorite tools are the Site Builder, Workflows, and AI, because they allow me to merge creativity with strategy and see instant impact. I enjoy exploring the platform not just as a support specialist, but as someone who constantly thinks: “How can this be better for the end user?”
I’m now eager to transition into a Leadgen Product Manager role. I believe my strong product knowledge, customer-facing experience, and ability to quickly learn and adapt make me well-equipped to succeed in this position. I’m confident in my skills but also hungry to grow—especially in areas like coding, where I’m currently taking Harvard’s Online Class "CS50 Introduction to Computer Science" to strengthen my technical foundation.
